Stronger Government, Better Services

Strong national systems are essential to ensure coherence, resilience, inclusion and clear mandates for municipalities.

PARTISIPA helps government counterparts to strengthen the systems that guide how services are planned and delivered - from clearer roles across ministries to stronger policies, budgets and national standards. By bringing ministries together and embedding climate resilience and inclusion into national frameworks, the program supports a more coordinated, consistent and accountable approach to coordinating with municipalities and delivering better services for communities.
